I have spent over 20 years working with many of the world’s leading oil and gas companies, enabling digital transformation and operational change across production and transportation and offtake. Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that have delivered over USD $500 million in benefits and cost reductions by leveraging technology and lean process operations.

What drives me? Relationships and progression. I thrive on putting my clients first and motivating my colleagues to do the same. Whether it's solving complex challenges, optimising operations, or helping teams embrace new ways of working, my focus is always on practical solutions that create lasting impact.

I founded Elite Energy to bridge the gap between engineering expertise and modern technology. Too often, projects fail not because of ambition but due to a lack of the right expertise at the right time. My goal has always been to combine deep industry knowledge with digital platforms like EnergySys to simplify complexity, improve efficiency, and enable better decision-making.

As CEO, I lead a global team that shares my commitment to delivering cost-effective, risk-averse solutions. Our approach is built on real-world experience, collaboration, and a relentless focus on what’s right—for both our clients and our people.

Outside of work, I live in Florida, USA with my husband, Kevin, and our golden cocker spaniel, Alfie.
